What "specialized" actually means for basement waterproofing at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Every technician holds waterproofing-specific licensure, not a general contractor's license stretched to cover work it wasn't meant for.
Trucks carry moisture meters, injection resin, and basic extraction gear so the first visit can also start the fix.
No hourly guessing games — pricing is based on what the diagnostic actually finds at your property.
Wall cameras, moisture meters, and hydrostatic pressure gauges are standard kit, not special-order tools.
Each service below is scoped specifically to basement waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
A drain tile channel set below the slab along your footing intercepts groundwater before it reaches the floor, routing it into a properly sized sump basin. The basin gets a cast-iron or high-torque pump with battery backup as standard, since power loss during a storm is exactly when you need it running.
We relieve that pressure at its source with interior weep systems, sometimes paired with exterior grading correction where needed. Left alone, this kind of pressure doesn't just cause seepage — it can bow a block wall over years.
Cracks under an eighth of an inch and stable are strong candidates for polyurethane injection, which fills the crack's full depth and stays flexible with seasonal movement. Every crack is photographed and logged before and after treatment.
A primary pump that fails silently is the single most common cause of preventable flooding we see on service calls. Cellular notification add-ons put the alert on your phone, not just a beeping alarm in an empty house.
Even a basement with no active leak can push enough vapor through concrete to feed mold behind finished walls over time.
Four steps, start to finish — from your first phone call to a dry, warrantied basement.
Tell us what you're seeing and dispatch routes the nearest crew with matching equipment already loaded.
Trucks stock moisture meters, wall cameras, and injection resin so the first visit rarely needs a follow-up just to bring equipment.
Quotes are itemized by system component so you approve exactly the scope you want.
Work isn't finished until the specific issue that prompted your call is verifiably resolved, tested under real conditions.
